Director, for Fraternity and Sorority Life
East Tennessee State University (ETSU) is seeking a dedicated
Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) to lead and oversee
all aspects of fraternity and sorority programs on campus. This
position is responsible for managing fraternity and sorority
chapters, governing councils (Panhellenic, IFC, and NPHC), and
promoting chapter leadership development, events, and programming.
The Director ensures adherence to university policies, oversees
risk management, and acts as a liaison with chapter advisors and
national affiliates. Additionally, the Director manages chapter
facilities, including the IFC Learning Community, NPHC Plaza, and
the College Panhellenic Learning Community, while supporting the
Alumni Advisory Council.
The Director will also lead the implementation of the Fraternity &
Sorority Life Village Capital campaign and fundraising efforts to
support educational opportunities and programming. As part of the
Student Activities and Organizations team, this position
contributes to initiatives aimed at increasing student involvement
and success. The Director will supervise one Coordinator and two
Graduate Assistants, providing essential leadership to enhance the
student experience within the fraternity and sorority community at
ETSU.
