Job Description:

--- We need 3 highly motivated & talented Inside Salespeople.
--- You will focus on following up with motivated buyer & seller leads to set appointments for our agents.
--- We offer a competitive salary plus commissions & benefits.
--- Flexible Shifts
--- PTO & vacation days after 90 days. Paid Holidays - 10 PTO days annually & 7 major holidays paid.

Responsibilities:
--- Set appointments for our sales team.
--- Calling property inquiries and requests & buyer & seller leads we supply - no cold calling!
--- Daily reporting.

Qualifications:
--- Strong drive to meet & exceed daily goals.
--- Pleasant phone voice & exceptional communication skills.
--- Willingness to obtain your real estate license.
