Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Risk Analyst, Fair and
Responsible Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and improve the second line of defense fair lending
analytics program
Aggregate and synthesize data sets to perform statistical reviews
for disparate impact across portfolios, products, and models
Incorporate the latest Fair Lending guidance from governing bodies
into the program
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Fair Lending analytics experience in the financial
industry
Experience in statistical data analysis, particularly with high
volumes of product-level data
Proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS, Tableau, SAS, R, etc
Ability to analyze and interpret rules, regulations, and
policies
Proven track record of facilitating organization-wide data
collection and review
