Research, Evaluation, Grants Program CoordinatorJOB SUMMARYDirect,
manage and develop a group of grant funded services (primarily
Federal Grants), to include grant writing, grants management and
supervision of program evaluators.This job description is not

Works efficiently with teams to meet the needs of grant and
research requirementsWork cooperatively with internal and external
agency partners.Participates in calls, trainings, on site visits
for grants compliance.Work directly with designed grant teams to
ensure grants information is dispersed to appropriate staff.Is
responsible for the program evaluation as assigned-including data
collection, data entry, and analysis.2. Demonstrates and maintains
a positive work climate and the overall team effort of the
departmentDemonstrates a consideration and concern for fellow

attitudes.Exemplifies and demands excellent attendance and hard
work ethic in Department. Is an excellent role model for efficient

well.Accepts additional assignments and/or changes in assignment
and/or work.3. Responsible for oversight of the submission of
grants for the Center.Oversees timely submission of grants and
related grant reports and this includes having a thorough
knowledge, weekly checks, and access-of Grant Solutions web
portal.Ensures grant submissions and related reports are completed
in compliance with requirements. Keeps timely due records and
updates supervisor frequently.Provides consultation to staff on
grant requirements. Reads and is an expert on all grants under
purview.Initiate grant budget revisions as needed with financial
services and program.Assist with meeting new business goals and
pursuing grants in line with strategic goals for the Center.4.
Oversee the compilation and organization of data for compliance to
research.Assist with organization of IRB, timely approval or
disapproval with IRB team.Work with research team to create systems
for sustainability of evaluation knowledge to be integrated into
service delivery.Coordinates third party evaluator oversight for
research.COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is
approximately $59,803 /yr based on relevant experience and
education.QUALIFICATIONS - Research, Evaluation, Grants Program
CoordinatorEducation / Knowledge: Must have a Master's degree in a
public services or health-related field of counseling, psychology,
social work, sociology, or a behavioral science field with course
work or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human
development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and
drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and mental
disabilities. Must also have experience in grant writing and
research evaluation.Experience: Three years' experience in
supervisory experience in the social work field or a behavioral
health setting preferred. Extensive grant writing and
evaluation/research experience preferred.Physical:Exposure to
biological hazards. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Close eye
work. Valid driver's license. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling
up to 150 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending,
stooping, and reaching.Location: Knox County, TennesseeApply today
