Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to act
as a first-line resource for external clients regarding pharmacy
product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for external clients regarding Medicare D
and Commercial products
Prepare, submit, and analyze PDE submissions to CMS while assisting
with compliance and regulatory reporting
Build strong relationships with clients and pharmacies, ensuring
high levels of client satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or formal training
beyond high school required
3-4 years of customer service and industry experience, preferably
in health plans or PBM
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
Experience in a pharmacy support role is advantageous
Familiarity with Medicare Part D guidelines and plan structures is
essential
