  • referenceAB_4633282job detailsWe are seeking a skilled Metals Fabricator who will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to construct, assemble, and repair metal structures and components. This role requires proficiency in various fabrication techniques and the use of welding and cutting tools to create high-quality metal products. This is a direct hire role, great benefits and a tight-nit family environment. The schedule is M-F, 6:30AM - 3:00PM (can work OT if desired on Saturdays.)     • Blueprint Interpretation:
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand project requirements.
    • Material Preparation:
    • Select and prepare metals and other materials by cutting, shaping, and finishing them to meet specifications.
    • Welding and Assembly:
    • Utilize welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) to join metal components securely.
    • Assemble fabricated parts and structures according to specifications.
    • Quality Control:
    • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
    • Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure high-quality output.
    • Maintenance and Safety:
    • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.The essential functions of this role include:
