TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Gastonia, North Carolina, 28054 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: DAYS - 10HR: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., 10-hour shifts, On-call is avg 5-6 days per month, including 1 weekend every 5th weekend. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: RN License Certifications: RN certification in relevant field Must-Have: Relevant experience in Cardiac Cath Lab Job Description: - Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures - Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures - Monitor patient's vital signs and assess their condition during procedures - Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment and supplies for catheterization procedures - Administer medications as prescribed and perform assessments for responses and potential side effects - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Support patients and their families by providing needed information and emotional support - Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow within the cath lab - Participate in on-call rotation as required - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards of practice 26157734EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Core Competency Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
