  Paradise Landscaping, a leader in high-end landscape management and construction services, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee operations, actively participate in day-to-day activities, and ensure our team delivers exceptional results for our clients. This is a dynamic role for a leader who thrives in the field and the office, with the opportunity to drive growth and innovation at a rapidly expanding company.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  
  • Lead by example, working alongside team members in the field and in the office to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service.
  • Oversee daily operations across maintenance and construction teams, providing hands-on support where needed.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, conducting site visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Monitor equipment and materials to ensure proper use and availability for projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.What We're Looking For
    
    
    • Proven experience in landscaping, construction, Turf Care, Irrigation, and Maintenance with a strong knowledge of field operations.
    • Leadership experience with a hands-on approach and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and leadership.
    • Ability to work in the field and adapt to the physical demands of the job as needed.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
