SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Install, troubleshoot, tune, and repair a variety of analyzers and instrumentation which implement:

*** Gene expression and SNP detection assays.

*** High-throughput sequencing.

*** Amplification and sequencing of DNA and RNA.

*** Measurement of protein-protein interactions.

*** Assessment of small molecule binding.

*** Antibody microarrays.

*** Screening of large protein libraries.

*** Antibody profiling.

*** Capture of analytes of interest.

*** Profiling of multiple antibody isotypes and subclasses.

*** Analysis of tissue and biofluid samples.

*** Observation and recording of cellular responses against panels of materials.

*** Assay chemical compounds for specific activities.

Activities:

*** Install, maintain, and repair automated robotic assay and bioassay systems in client research laboratories.

*** Diagnose problems with equipment line and recommend best-fit solutions including replacement of worn parts, upgrade of software, or repair of broken components.

*** Act as key maintenance and technical expert for clients and junior service technicians.
